About JGracey Stinson
Born and raised in Toronto, Orillia has been home for more than 41 years. I've been a professional photographer for about 10 years, but unlike many professionals, I have no degree in art or photography, simply a love for what I do.
My pleasures are simply creating, including photography and digital art, stained glass, and over the years many others (refurbishing furniture, building miniatures, sewing, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, written work, crafting ... if it's creative handwork, I've probably done it.)
Still after even having a need to be creative, my greatest joy (besides my family of course) is still reading ... books on paper, not digital. There's just something about holding a real book in your hands and turning the pages.
My newest joy is a recent purchase my husband and I made ... a home in Florida so we can spend the winter months away from the snow and cold of Canada. The older I get, the less I can handle that cold and after our first winter in Florida (2017), we've already fallen in love with it.
We feel like we're living the best of both worlds. Orillia (Ontario) is the best place in the world to be in the spring to fall months, and Lakeland (Florida) feels like the best place we could possibly be in the winter.
Who could ask for more?
Enjoy life, and be blessed!
